MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to coordinate dispatch of Admixture and Grinding Aid orders across the U.S., partnering with mills, transportation providers, operations, customer service and production to support on-time deliveries and DOT compliance.

You will manage dispatch in D365, review open orders, communicate delivery status, and pursue process improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with EHS rules.

Qualificações

• Minimum education as listed; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics or transportation coordination.
• Knowledge of DOT/safety regulations is preferred.
• ERP systems experience required; D365 preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule dispatch of orders across multiple sites.
• Review open order reports to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate delivery status with internal and external partners.
• Manage dispatch activities in D365, including tracking and documentation.
• Identify process improvements to boost dispatch efficiency.
• Provide support during urgent situations, including after-hours as needed.
