Responsibilities

• Assists with the planning and implementation of recruitment activities, including coordinating group visits, presentations and campus tours for prospective students.
• Serves as a point of contact for prospective students, school counselors and community based organizations, providing guidance and information throughout the enrollment process.
• Guides students through application processes, addressing questions and offering step-by-step assistance as needed.
• Triage and resolves student inquiries related to applications and admissions decisions ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Receives, verifies, and posts transcripts submitted for student applications, maintaining accurate records in alignment with admissions protocols.
• Supports the Admissions team during peak periods staff shortages.
• Other duties as required.
