Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking an Admissions Lead at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus to help manage daily admissions operations and ensure a welcoming, high-energy guest experience.

You will train and coach team members, collaborate with supervisors, and support a safe, fun environment for families while developing leadership skills and overseeing guest interactions during weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people.
• Can stay calm in busy situations.
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others.
• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Want to grow into leadership.
• Are available weekends + holidays (required).
• Previous leadership and training experience!

Responsibilities

• Help support the Admissions team during daily operations.
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive.
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed.
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience.
• Help train and motivate team members.
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day.
