Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead for Wondra Chicago to help manage daily operations and ensure a positive guest experience. You will assist with coaching and leading team members, maintaining a fun and safe environment for families, and collaborating with supervisors across attraction teams.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, excellent guest service, and availability on weekends and holidays within a fast-paced, immersive attraction setting in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Want to grow into leadership.
• Available weekends + holidays (required).

Responsibilities

• Help support the Wondra team during daily operations.
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive.
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed.
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience.
• Help train and motivate team members.
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day.
