Job summary

Consonus Pharmacy Services, LLC is seeking an Admissions Specialist I to ensure patient data in our electronic health records is accurate and up to date. You will enter and verify new patient information, navigate ADT admissions, and support transitions within a long-term care environment.

The role requires strong data-entry skills, proficiency with MS Office, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, with rotating weekends included.

• Must be flexible to work shift requirements including rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete all manual admissions.
• Navigate multiple electronic health records – ADT integrated admissions.
• Enter and verify all new patient information.
• Update patient changes i.e. rooms, beds, status as needed.
• Evaluate level of care and load short stay dates when applicable.
• Basic general insurance review (E1D, E1 Commercial and Medicaid).
• Customer Agreement processing.
