• Prior experience in LTC pharmacy, healthcare data entry, or pharmacy technician role required.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy operations and insurance billing processes.
• Pharmacy Technician certification preferred (CPhT).
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide a team.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily data entry operations for long-term care (LTC) pharmacy processing.
