Charter College in Canyon Country, CA is seeking an Admissions Representative with energy and admissions sales experience. The AR handles inquiries by phone, mail, and web, builds relationships, and guides qualified applicants through the enrollment process.

The role requires meeting goals, multi-tasking, and strong written and verbal communication. It is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Director of Admissions, with daytime shifts Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• 2 years minimum work experience in a sales calls related environment.
• 2 years minimum work experience in Admissions Representative (Sales).
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales center.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, database software and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries by phone, direct mail, and Internet.
• Schedule admission interview call appointments and conduct interviews.
• Enroll qualified applicants and generate leads to meet quotas.
• Enter tasks and notes into the admissions system daily.
• Follow policies and maintain professional, ethical conduct.
