Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years in office/healthcare preferred.
• CHAA and CPI certifications preferred upon hire and annually renewed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families and set a welcoming tone.
• Gather complete demographic information for EHR integrity.
• Identify network coverage and obtain/verify benefits and pre-certification.
• Educate patients on legal and compliance documents; obtain consent.
• Inform patients about financial obligations and prepare payment estimates.
• Ensure MSPQ/IMM/ABN checks are completed correctly.
• Maintain Epic queue and performance dashboards; stay compliant with policies.
