Ideal candidates have admissions/marketing experience in healthcare, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, and strong communication skills. Prior long-term care exposure is a plus; relocation or travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships in the community and convert referrals to meet census goals.
• Community marketing and outreach activities.
• Manage pre-admission and admission procedures.
• Coordinate with Central Intake to process referrals.
• Conduct tours and follow-ups with prospective residents/families.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan.
• Ensure room readiness for admissions.
