Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in health care marketing/admissions required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance preferred.
• Advanced communication skills, written and verbal.
• Reliable transportation a must.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships in the community.
• Meet and exceed census budget goals for the facility.
• Conduct community marketing and pre-admission activities.
• Coordinate with Central Intake to process referrals.
• Conduct tours and follow ups with potential residents/families.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
• Participate in community events and professional outreach.
