Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Admission Representative to support the Director of Business Development and Admission Manager. You will act as the first contact with referral sources, assist with referral management, and relay leads to the team.

Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. The role includes billing, insurance verification, and pre-admission paperwork, coordinating daily operations with the Admission Manager and Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or related role.
• Clinical experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance products and payors is preferred.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management of referrals and communicate to team members.
• Completes billing and insurance verification.
• Obtains admission compliance paperwork efficiently and timely.
• Obtains and maintains relevant records and documentation for pre-admission.
• Ensures completion of pre-admission requirements for business development team members.
• Works closely with the Admission Manager and Director of Business Development for daily operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned by leadership, Director of Business Development, and Admission Manager.

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026.

PositionSummary:

As an Admission Representative, you will effectivelymaintainadmission guidelines and best practices in support of the Director of Business Development andAdmissionManager.Successful candidates will act as first contact with referral sources,assistwith referral management, and effectively communicate leads to business development team members, under the direction of theAdmissionManager.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinates management of referrals and effectively communicates to team members
• Completes billing and insurance verification
• Obtains admission compliance paperwork efficiently andtimely
• Obtains andmaintainsrelevant records and documentation for pre-admission
• Ensures completion of pre-admission requirements for business development team members
• Works closely with theAdmissionManagerand Director of Business Development forany and alldaily operational duties, which may include, but not limited to, areas of admissions and census
• Completes otherduties asassigned by leadership, Director of Business Development, and AdmissionManager.

RequiredQualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• A minimum of 1 year experience in similar or related role
• Clinical experience in an acute care setting,preferred
• Familiarity with insurance products and payors,preferred
• Knowledge ofHealthcareComplianceRequirements:
