Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to coordinate between internal and external referral sources and the inpatient rehabilitation operations.

You will ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings in collaboration with Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director, working closely with admission teams to maintain a responsive referral process and timely patient flow.

Qualifications

• Current Clinical License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Job description

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.

Position Summary

The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources, and the acute inpatientrehabilitation operations. The Clinical Liaisonis responsible forestablishingrelationships with case coordinators,physicians, payors, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensureappropriate patientplacement throughclinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with both hospital Case Coordination and the InpatientRehabilitation Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Clinical License
• Valid Driver’s License

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
