Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists the Patient Registration Supervisor in day-to-day department functions on assigned shift.
• Assigns work, assists with schedules, reviews, trains employees including new hires, and observes/reports issues to Management.
• Oversees Emergency Department Registration, Inpatient Registration, Outpatient Registration, Financial Counseling, Cashier and Quality Control Representatives.
