Job summary

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Patient Registration Administrator to support the Patient Registration Supervisor on the assigned shift.

You will assign work, assist with scheduling, review and train employees including new hires, and observe and report employee issues to Management, while overseeing Emergency Department Registration, Inpatient Registration, Outpatient Registration, Financial Counseling, Cashier and Quality Control

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card due within 30 days of hire.
• One year hospital admitting/registration or similar medical office experience.
• General ED experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• General ED
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
• One (1) year experience in a Hospital Admitting/Registration or similar medical office experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• Three (3) years experience in hospital Admitting/Registration Department.
• One (1) year Supervisory Experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
