Job summary

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA, is seeking a Patient Registration Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Outpatient Registration. You will assign work, assist with schedules, train staff including new hires, monitor performance, and report issues to Management to ensure smooth, patient-centered service.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
  • General ED
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
• One (1) yearexperience in a Hospital Admitting/Registration or similar medical office experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• Three (3) years experience in hospital Admitting/Registration Department.
• One(1) year Supervisory Experience.
