HonorHealth is seeking a Supervisor - Registration Admitting to oversee day-to-day operations of the HOPD Registration department in the Shea area and related outpatient clinics. You will manage staffing, training, performance, and ensure accurate workflow while maintaining compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service or front office within medical settings, plus 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent in Patient Access is required.
• Bachelors degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years in customer service or front office in a medical setting; one year in a supervisory role.

Aufgaben

• Supervises and monitors daily staff performance, staffing levels, and maintains accurate records.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports and assigned work queues; ensures compliance and quality.
• Delivers high-level customer service with internal and external customers; coordinates with physician offices and referral coordinators.
• Plans, schedules, and delivers staff training; mentors employees to meet performance standards.
• Acts as financial steward; handles patient billing questions and monitors collections with PFS input.
• Maintains HIPAA, regulatory, and hospital policies knowledge; participates in departmental meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
