Qualifications

• Experience in nursing home admissions or related healthcare roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals, physician offices, and referral partners.
• Experience running financials for referrals (payer review, insurance screening, benefit verification).
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support census growth and deliver a positive experience for residents and families.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and partners.
• Travel regularly to referral sources to strengthen relationships and generate admissions.
• Coordinate admissions from inquiry through move-in.
• Conduct tours with warmth and follow-up.
• Review referrals' financials and payer-source evaluations.
• Collaborate with clinical, business office, and leadership teams.
• Track referrals and census-related metrics.
• Represent AMA at community events and referral meetings.
