Responsibilities

• Collect and record accurate information for each call, including clinical description, referral sources, demographics, and insurance.
• Communicate with patients and families about community resources and financial arrangements.
• Respond to inquiries and assist in pre-admission screening and determining suitable referrals.
• Assist in processing requests for information to referral sources.
• Assist in providing information and external referrals to customers.
