Job summary

ECPI University’s Charlotte, NC campus is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and guide prospective students through the admissions process. This role focuses on outreach, interviews, campus tours, and advising on program options to meet student goals.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales or recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with students, families, and the university community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales/marketing/public relations or related field strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years related experience including appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up, coordinating programs/events.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students through outreach and follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students interested in attending ECPI University.
• Meet with potential students to explain programs and advise suitable options.
• Represent the university on and off campus to prospective students and parents.
• Attend admissions department meetings and trainings.
• Accurately account for inquiries and admissions activity; complete daily reports.
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain current and accurate reports in university systems.
• Adhere to ethics and ECPI policies and regulations.
• Network and build referrals through outreach.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure student satisfaction.
• Assist in on-campus events and programs.
