Job summary

ECPI University in North Charleston, SC seeks an Admissions Representative to serve as recruiter, advisor and guide for prospective students, coordinating campus visits and tours, explaining program offerings and helping applicants navigate the admissions process.

You will build relationships with prospective students, parents and community partners, meet enrollment targets, and collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment or related field strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years related experience to include appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up skills, coordinating programs and events, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students through outreach and follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Meet with potential students to explain programs and advise on suitable options.
• Represent the university to prospective students, parents and organizations.
• Attend admissions meetings and training sessions.
• Accurately account for inquiries and admissions activity; complete daily reports.
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Keep reports updated in university systems.
• Adhere to ECPI University policies, laws and regulations.
• Network to generate referrals and build relationships.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure student satisfaction.
• Assist in on-campus events and programs.
