ECPI University in Greenville, SC is seeking an Admissions Representative to join our admissions team. You will serve as a recruiter, advisor and guide for prospective students, conducting interviews, campus tours and program consultations to match applicants with ECPI programs.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, appointment setting, follow-up, and outstanding customer service to help students begin their educational journeys with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, recruitment or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of related experience including appointment setting, interviewing, and follow-up.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students through outreach and follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students expressing interest in ECPI University.
• Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and advise suitable programs.
• Represent the university on and off campus to prospects, parents and others involved in the college selection process.
• Attend admissions department meetings and training sessions.
• Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity and complete daily reports.
