Job summary

ECPI University in Columbia, SC is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and guide prospective students through the enrollment journey.

You will conduct outreach, provide program information, schedule meetings, and collaborate with campus staff to ensure a seamless admissions process for applicants and their families. You will maintain accurate records and participate in campus events to promote ECPI’s programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment or related field strongly preferred.
  • 2–3 years of related experience including appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, and event coordination.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent outreach and follow‑up.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest.
  • Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and advise suitable programs aligned with their goals.
  • Represent the university both on and off campus to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend all admissions department meetings and training sessions.
  • Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity; complete daily activity reports.
  • Ensure that all enrollment paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current and accurate reports in university systems.
  • Adhere to ECPI University policies, State and Federal laws, and accrediting body regulations.
  • Network and build strong relationships to generate referrals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of on‑campus events and programs.

This position will work at ECPI University’s Columbia, SC campus location.

Position Summary

The Admissions Representative plays a key role in recruiting new students to ECPI University, serving as a recruiter, advisor, and guide to prospective students.

Responsibilities
