Job summary

ECPI University Raleigh, NC campus is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and guide prospective students through the admissions process. You will conduct interviews, schedule campus tours, and provide accurate program information to help students choose ECPI programs that fit their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment or related field strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience including appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students through outreach and follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students expressing interest in attending ECPI University.
• Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and advise suitable programs based on interests and goals.
• Represent the university on and off campus to prospective students, parents, and organizations involved in college selection.
