Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent formal training program.
• Experience in admissions, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively in Piedmont Triad / Triangle NC.
• Weekend and evening availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes recruitment strategies within an assigned territory.
• Conducts school visits, college fairs, and presentations.
• Promotes applications and enrollment in undergraduate, graduate, and online programs.
• Maintains relationships with prospective students, parents, and counselors.
• Represents the university at events and via social media and telemarketing.
• Keeps records of recruitment efforts and applicant communications.
• Assists with admissions functions and events as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
