Greenville University seeks a Regional Recruiter to build relationships with churches, community colleges, and high schools across the region. You will be the primary contact for community partners and serve as the first impression for prospective students and families.

The role requires extensive travel, including evenings and weekends, to represent the University at events such as college nights, fairs, and campus visits, with a focus on enrollment growth and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a network of relationships with churches, youth pastors, and denominational contacts.
• Establish and grow partnerships with community colleges to support transfer pipelines.
• Cultivate relationships with counselors and staff at Christian and public high schools.
• Travel regularly to represent the University at churches, schools, and fairs.
• Plan and execute recruitment events and presentations tailored to partner types.
