Candidates should have a master’s or bachelor’s degree with related admissions experience, be eligible to work in the U.S., and hold a valid NC driver license.

Qualifications

• This position requires a master's degree with admissions experience or a bachelor's degree with equivalent training and experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• Valid North Carolina driver license is required.
• Ability to lift and move medium to heavy objects for event setup, as needed.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about admission, financial aid, programs, and campus life to prospective students and families.
• Evaluate credentials to determine admissibility and render admission decisions.
• Design and implement activities to improve yields from prospects to enrolled students.
• Coordinate special projects related to student recruitment and regional events.
• Represent WCU Admissions Office at regional schools and forums.
