Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in admissions, recruitment, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic required.
• Travel required; valid driver’s license; flexible schedule including evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and support diverse student populations through high school visits, college fairs, interviews, campus tours, and counseling.
• Build strong relationships with guidance counselors, educators, alumni, and community organizations to meet enrollment goals.
• Promote programs and student experience with clear communication online and in person, at events.
• Advise prospects on admissions policies, timelines, and scholarships/financial aid; follow up through enrollment.
• Coordinate focus areas like direct mail, campus tours, web outreach, and international recruitment.
• Review and process applications; maintain student records and reports; assist with recruitment and orientation events.
• Represent JCSU with integrity to students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners.
