Johnson & Wales University is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to oversee student recruitment activities within a defined territory, targeting schools, fairs, and information sessions to encourage applications and enrollment.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed. A relevant degree and CRM experience are preferred, along with a driving license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent training.
• Experience in admissions, sales or marketing.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively in Piedmont Triad / Triangle N.C.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes recruitment strategy in assigned territory.
• Conducts school visits, fairs, and information meetings.
• Promotes university programs and enrollments.
• Maintains relationships with prospective students and counselors.
• Gives admissions presentations to families.
• Represents the university at events and on social media.
• Maintains records per guidelines.
• Assists with admissions functions and events.
