Job summary

Milestone Treatment Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to connect with people and guide families from initial inquiry to admission. This on-site, full-time role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions, healthcare sales, inside sales, or another high‑volume consultative sales environment.
• Experience managing a pipeline and consistently following up with prospective clients.
• Track record of working toward conversion goals, KPIs, quotas, or other measurable performance targets.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
• Build trust with callers, understand their circumstances, and help navigate treatment options.
• Conduct pre-assessments to gather information and determine next steps.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and options clearly.
• Own admissions pipeline from inquiry through admission with timely follow-up.
• Use Salesforce or a CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and activity.
• Coordinate with clinical, medical, and operational teams for a smooth admissions experience.
