Job summary

CODA in Gresham, OR seeks an experienced clinician to provide medically necessary services for individuals with substance use disorders. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, evidence-based groups, and collaborative, patient-centered treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or closely related field.
• Coursework in psychology, sociology, human behavior, development, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substance use treatment intakes and assessments and determine medical necessity.
• Develop collaborative strength-based treatment plans with relevant interventions.
• Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive individual services including family engagement.
• Apply evidence-based group practices using agency-approved curricula.
• Produce accurate documentation aligned with agency protocols and payor regulations.
