Hallmark University is seeking an Admissions Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective students. You will provide guidance through the admissions journey, share programs, and maintain a high level of customer service.

In this role, you will engage with diverse individuals, handle multi-channel inquiries, and collaborate with Admissions Professionals to move applicants forward.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Build excitement about Hallmark University programs and opportunities.
• Use approved scripts to create authentic, engaging conversations.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process by routing them to Admissions Professionals.
• Listen, answer questions, and overcome objections with students' best interests in mind.
• Deliver an exceptional student experience through outstanding service.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily outreach and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve enrollment targets.
