Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, manage time and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to engage prospective applicants and support enrollment goals.
• Coordinate outreach with colleges, universities, and pre-health advisors to strengthen relationships.
• Represent Admissions and Financial Aid through on-campus, off-site, and virtual activities.
• Use data to identify opportunities and inform engagement strategies.
• Coordinate the student ambassador program to support applicant engagement.
