Qualifications

• Strong ability to create in-depth Excel reports and dashboards.
• Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience in student financial aid.
• Solid knowledge of federal loan programs, regulations, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aid packaging and awarding for both NYU campuses.
• Coordinate with departments to align packaging with university procedures.
• Support budget development, aid adjustments, and appeals.
• Counsel students on financial aid, budgeting, borrowing, and repayment.
• Ensure SAP compliance and align policies with regulations.
• Produce reports for leadership, AAC/U.S. News, and LCME.
• Collaborate across Admissions, Registrar, Finance, and more.
