Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to engage prospective applicants and support enrollment goals.
• Coordinate outreach with colleges, universities, and pre-health advisors to strengthen relationships.
• Represent the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at on-campus and virtual recruitment activities.
• Manage applicant-facing communications across web, email, social media, and presentations.
• Plan and execute recruitment and revisit events, including campus visits and admitted student events.
• Collect, track, and analyze recruitment data to inform engagement strategies and improve outcomes.
