Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Admission Coordinator to lead census growth and ensure stellar resident and family service. You will drive referral flow, coordinate with facility staff, and maintain alignment with State and Federal guidelines.

You should be comfortable with electronic communications, virtual meetings and data entry, and you will manage contracts, admissions criteria and customer satisfaction campaigns.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with electronic communication tools (email, virtual meetings).
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services useful.
• Experience in healthcare services, products or field management preferred.
• Professional appearance, behavior and speech.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards related to referral and admission information per guidelines.
• Manage reporting data via electronic communications and data entry.
• Coordinate online referral resources and information distribution efficiently.
• Retain census and customer service aspects of the facility.
• Lead internal marketing and customer service campaigns with staff.
• Attend scheduled meetings and coordinate with hospital/providers.
• Screen and approve financial admission criteria for referrals.
• Ensure compliance with admission and treatment policies.
• Complete admission contracts and consent forms.
• Communicate financial and clinical details for new business.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up.
