Hallmark University is seeking an Admissions Contact Center Specialist to support enrollment efforts by engaging prospective students through calls, texts, email, and live chat. You will schedule interviews with Enrollment Advisors and help manage CRM leads in Salesforce to meet benchmarks for speed-to-lead, contact, and appointment-setting.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to meet defined contact center productivity and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, email, and live chat.
• Schedule admissions interviews and document appointments in CRM.
• Confirm appointments and support no-show recovery.
• Maintain lead hygiene in Salesforce and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with Admissions to ensure timely support through inquiry-to-appointment.
