Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a related field with two years in a supervisory role or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with admissions practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training student clerks.
• Arrange clerk staff scheduling and in-office/remote coverage.
• Provide direct customer service and assist with escalation resolution.
• Understand division practices, deadlines, and policies for applicants and families.
• Participate in interviews, hiring and onboarding of residency staff.
• Maintain a consistent in-office/remote schedule and adjust as needed.
