Job summary

Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi is seeking an Admissions Specialist IV to advance undergraduate admissions processing, reviewing applications, transcripts, test scores, and compliance documentation while supporting admissions systems and workflows.

You will troubleshoot data and workflow issues, provide training to staff, validate data after system updates, and help maintain documentation and job aids.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; higher education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related work; Master’s with 1+ year also considered.
• Experience in data compilation/analysis and in a higher education setting.

Responsibilities

• Process undergraduate applications, transcripts, test scores and supporting documents.
• Review admissions files to determine eligibility and support admissions decisions.
• Review and code transcripts and coursework; correct data discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with residency, meningitis and other admissions documentation and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot admissions processing issues and document resolutions.
• Provide training and front-line support on admissions system workflows and tools.
