Concorde Career Colleges seeks an Admissions Coordinator for our Fort Myers campus to oversee admissions administration, data integrity, and documentation workflow from inquiry to enrollment. You will train staff, generate reports, and support front desk operations while ensuring accurate data entry in campus systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration with the Director of Admissions and regional leadership to maintain smooth enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of database management and data entry required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills required.
• Minimum of one year experience in CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Send daily emails: Financial Aid calendar, HESI schedules, and appointment updates.
• Schedule campus and virtual HESI exams and manage communications.
• Enter and maintain data in Conext and CNex for inquiries, interviews, enrollment agreements, and status changes.
• Process enrollments and track student documentation from interview through start date.
• Maintain enrollment spreadsheets and cover front desk duties as needed.
• Support events: referral events, open houses, orientations and start days.
• Train staff on admissions processes and data entry for consistency.
