UNC-Chapel Hill is seeking an Admissions Officer to coordinate screening, evaluation, and enrollment processes for a large, diverse applicant pool. The role serves as a primary contact for applicants and stakeholders and supports the Office of Admissions' day-to-day operations.

Working with senior leadership, you will manage complex workflows, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to a mission focused on patient care, education, and research in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
• Experience coordinating admissions, student services, academic affairs, or other complex administrative operations in a higher education environment.
• Experience managing large volumes of confidential records and data, including the use of databases, reporting tools, and student information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, compile, and report data to support operational, accreditation, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the screening, evaluation, selection, recruitment, and enrollment processes for a large and diverse applicant pool.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and stakeholders and ensure effective administration of admissions programs and services.
• Collaborate with Associate/Assistant Deans and Senior Director of Admissions to support day-to-day operations of the Office of Admissions.
