Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable administrative professional for the position of Enrollment, Admissions, and Registrar Coordinator. This role will involve duties related to student recruitment, enrollment, registration, marketing, and more. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a welcoming environment for students, families, and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet parents, students, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Answer telephone and intercom calls in the absence of the administrative assistant, ensuring prompt and appropriate service
  • Maintain a log of prospective students and provide information to those interested in the academy
  • Prepare and distribute annual registration packets
  • Register new students and families in the school’s system (FACTS)
  • Process applications for returning students
  • Manage student records and facilitate transfers to other schools
  • Assist parents with financial aid applications
  • Maintain cumulative student records
  • Test incoming students
  • Organize open houses and recruiting events to promote the Academy
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials to attract new students
  • Attend school events, fundraisers, and meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong service mentality
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and ability to relate well to others

Education and Experience:

High School diploma required; college degree preferred
3+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role
Experience in working with student records, billing, and marketing is a plus

Special Requirements:

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during special events and school functions
Preference for candidates who are Catholic in good standing or possess a thorough understanding of Catholic teachings

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Able to lift boxes and assist with fundraising events as needed
