Job summary

Arista Recovery is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead planning and coordination of nursing care for clients in a facility setting.

You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, and educate clients and families while ensuring quality standards and collaboration with the healthcare team. Licensed RN with BLS is required; prior substance abuse treatment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in State Board of Nursing or multi-state compact license
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date
• One year of professional RN experience desirable
• Continuing education requirements as required by licensing board

Responsibilities

• Conducts individualized client assessment and data collection per facility policies and timeframe.
• Develops an individualized care plan in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Performs treatments and administers medications as ordered by physician.
• Delivers age-appropriate and culturally competent care.
• Provides education to client and family.
• Documents assessments, responses, and progress towards resolution.
• Direct and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and coordinate multi-disciplinary care.
