Central Nursing is seeking an Admissions Marketing and Sales / Business Office manager to lead patient admissions, marketing efforts, and financial office tasks. The role blends outreach, screening, and referral coordination with a focus on compliant, streamlined processes in a long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in admissions and marketing within healthcare, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid policies to support efficient patient intake and payer relations.

Competenze

• Admissions and marketing experience is preferred.
• Three years' experience in admissions and marketing in a long-term care or related healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processes.

Mansioni

• Screen potential residents to determine level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage.
• Facilitate the resident referral and approval process efficiently.
• Exhibit knowledge of the admissions process including policy, procedures, assessments and paperwork requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes.
