Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to grow census and strengthen community relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, works independently, and is passionate about long-term care.

You will develop and implement marketing plans, connect with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and senior organizations, conduct facility tours, and manage the admissions process. Travel locally is expected to establish partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare admissions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel locally to establish community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans: spend time weekly connecting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies.
• Drive community awareness: present to local organizations on long-term care, aging, and our services.
• Facilitate the admissions process: conduct facility tours and manage all aspects of resident admissions.
• Track and report activity: submit weekly marketing and admissions reports to leadership.
• Strengthen community relations: collaborate with internal teams to support events and outreach.
