Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support recruitment communications for prospective students across all US campuses. You will handle campaigns via web, email, and text, coordinate lists, and work with Admissions and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include managing mailing lists, testing emails in Slate, reporting on metrics, updating website copy, and ensuring accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• Associates degree.
• 1 year experience with e-mail and online marketing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Slate CRM is preferred.
• Interest in culinary arts, hospitality or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns (web, email, and text) driving registrations for admissions events.
• Manage weekly mailing lists and seasonal mailing processing.
• Test emails and execute final sends in Slate.
• Capture email statistics and prepare reports.
