Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America is seeking a Director of Food Enthusiast Programs to lead consumer education across CIA campuses, including Hyde Park and others. You will manage calendars, develop new courses, and drive growth in revenue and online presence.

You will supervise multi-campus teams, oversee shared services, and partner with marketing, events, and operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant related work experience.
• Minimum 10 years in food/beverage or consumer programming.
• 3+ years supervisory experience and revenue targets experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer programming calendar across CIA campuses.
• Develop up to 12 new courses per year and calendarize across campuses.
• Drive online presence and revenue through Food Enthusiast programming.
• Manage budgets, read P&L statements, and ensure targets.
• Coordinate cross-campus operations and staff development.
