Job summary

Steelville Care and Rehab seeks a proactive Business Development Liaison to drive center admissions and partnerships. You will develop marketing plans, promote the center to referral sources, physicians, and the community, and conduct tours for prospective residents and families.

In this role, you will manage referrals, track activity, and coordinate admissions while delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth transition from acute settings to post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Prior experience in long-term care industry is preferred.
• Effective communication, relationship management, and organizational skills are necessary to perform successfully in this role.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to maximize center census and admissions 24/7.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for long- and short-term goals.
• Promote the center to referral sources, physicians, community, and media; establish relationships.
• Conduct tours of the center for prospective residents and families.
• Receive referrals and track activity daily; contact families for tours.
• Provide excellent customer service and facilitate transitions from acute to post-acute care.
• Advise referral sources and families of admission requirements; assemble admission packets.
• Promote public relations and maintain relationships with community agencies.
