Job summary

Victorian Senior Care is seeking a Community Liaison to serve as the admissions “maestro,” connecting residents with our community and guiding them through the admission process. You will build referral sources, verify finances, and ensure a smooth transition while upholding residents' dignity and safety.

The role emphasizes sales skills, communication, and relationship-building, with travel up to 50% and a commission on move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Strong sales, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform cold calls and telephone sales calls.
• Good computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheets.
• Goal oriented and competitive.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must pass TB skin test and have clean NC registry/DMV records.

Responsibilities

• Create a network of referral sources.
• Track leads and commitment rates.
• Conduct tours of the facility.
• Assess potential residents to ensure the facility can meet their needs.
• Meet sales goals.
• Verify financial resources of referrals.
• Facilitate the admission and ensure all paperwork is completed as required.
• Monitor guest-relations program with staff in facility.
• Help maintain the self-respect, personal dignity and safety of each resident.
• Be familiar with safety procedures and Residents' Bill of Rights.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in education as required.
