Genesis HealthCare in Clovis, NM is seeking an Admissions Director to drive patient census, payer management, and referral-source growth. You will oversee the admissions process, respond quickly to leads, and coordinate with marketing to raise the center's visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process and ensure timely follow-up on leads and census goals.
• Develop and maintain a referral-source list and engage community partners to grow market share.
• Lead branding and online presence, manage website and social media, and drive reviews to improve Google rating.
• Coordinate transitions of care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure strong patient and family communication.
• Aim to improve referral-to-admit conversion, tour-to-admit rates, and overall admissions strategy by set targets.
