Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, supervise admissions and support staff.
• Evaluate and coach Admissions Representatives biweekly; conduct performance reviews.
• Own lead management accuracy and CRM data entry quality.
• Plan staffing schedules to cover inbound leads during hours of operation.
• Lead daily standups and weekly team meetings.
